Service records customers can actually trust.
A garage logs a service against the customer’s phone number, the customer confirms it with an OTP, payment lands on the garage’s own UPI — and a verified record is written to both sides.

The challenge
Vehicle owners in India trust mechanics blindly — there is no shared, tamper-proof history of what was done, what it cost, or who did it. Garages, meanwhile, have no credible way to prove their work.
What we built
A two-sided platform shipped to web, Android and iOS. Every state change runs through Postgres row-level security and SECURITY DEFINER procedures, so a record can only become “verified” through the customer’s own OTP confirmation.
Highlights
- Phone-OTP auth through a custom SMS hook
- Garage dashboard and customer vehicle history from one data model
- Payment collected on the garage’s own UPI QR — no money held in the middle
- Multilingual interface for garage staff
