IoT & embedded software development

Connected products need three pieces of software to agree with each other: the firmware on the device, the app in someone’s hand and the cloud behind them. We build all three — device firmware, secure Bluetooth protocols, technician and customer apps, and dashboards with a full audit trail — so the system works as one product.

01What we build

01

Device firmware

Gateway and device firmware written for your hardware, talking to it over UART.

02

Secure BLE protocols

Mutual authentication, signed commands and fragmentation, documented in a contract both sides are tested against.

03

Technician and field apps

Apps that discover devices, show live telemetry and make safe on-site configuration changes.

04

Fleet dashboards

Cloud consoles for devices, users, remote support and history across every unit in the field.

05

Command brokers

Safe remote parameter writes, with permissions, read-back verification and clear outcomes.

06

Audit ledgers

An immutable record of every change: who, when, where and what the device actually did.

02Approach

One written contract

Firmware and app are written from the same protocol document and tested against the same byte vectors.

"Sent" is not an outcome

Every write is reported as what the device did, read back after the change.

Security on the device

Permissions are enforced by the gateway itself, not trusted to the phone.

01

Discover

We map the problem, the people and the constraints before a single screen is drawn.

02

Design

Flows and interfaces prototyped early and tested against the real workflow.

03

Engineer

Typed, tested, reviewed. Built to be maintained — not just to demo well.

04

Launch & run

Deployment, monitoring and iteration after go-live. We stay on.

05FAQ

What people usually ask us about iot & embedded.

Can you work with our existing hardware?

Yes. We start from your device’s protocol and constraints. Supporting a different controller is usually a matter of adding a translation layer in the firmware.

How do you keep Bluetooth connections secure?

We use mutual authentication per connection with server-signed tickets, and sign every command with a session key, so neither side trusts the other until it has proved itself.

Do you build the cloud side as well?

Yes. Device management, users and permissions, remote support and the audit ledger are part of the same project.
